Has anyone ever seen exp037 (packet failures) before? We're on a Cisco system with NICE 8.9. We can see the call start and stop, all of the information about the call is captured but no audio. With 400 agents, this is only happening on 2.

If you are doing port spanning check those ports are spanned.
I have had this error on sites where the VLAN spanning was configured incorrectly so the data wasn't getting to the logger.
