MML is not recording. Control module - Error: ERROR_MMLCTRL_APICONNECT

(OP)
Hi all,

Since 2 weeks, we can't record screens with our Nice Perform II.
It was working well but still 2 weeks, it did not.
We deinstalled MML then reinstall it but screen recording still fails.
If my rule is dedicated to voice only, it works.
The voice recording is OK, only screen recording fails.
I can see my agent login in the monitor window but the "NiceCLS error code 3" appears each time.
The CLS & screen agent are installed in a non NAT/PAT environment, so CLS initiates connection.

I was thinking about deinstall & reinstall CLS!

Did you already find such an error message ERROR_MMLCTRL_APICONNECT?

Thanks for your help.

Here is an extract of the RCM logs with the ERROR_MMLCTRL_APICONNECT error that appears each time :

RE: MML is not recording. Control module - Error: ERROR_MMLCTRL_APICONNECT

(OP)
Fixed.
The customer did not follow what I told him in the screen agent installation : "CLS initiates connection" and not "Screen Agent initiates connection".
Bye
