how do I change cell background with formula

I love smartsuite and don't want to use Excel, but I don't know how to change the background color of a cell depending on a formula.
If the value of the cell is positive the background should be green, if the value is negative it should be red.
In Excel I go to format -> conditioned formating, and there i can punch in my formula to change anything like background color or font etc.
I can't find the corresponding thing in 1-2-3
Please help.
