NBX 100 Voicemail Problem

I have a user who receives "My mailbox is currently in use" when accessing voicemail from their phone.  No other users on the system are reporting this problem.  Any ideas?

Go into the programing and check the voicemail ports. They should show if the ports are in use on that exten and it will show how many minutes. It will let you reset the ports there.
I had a lot of these with heavy uses of the voice mail.

You can always reboot and that cleans it up.
