Help ... Please need to do a web project and hav'nt used ImageReady much in the past.

Photoshop/imageready cs2 only has this issue.

Photoshop cs works, except each layer on the image has to be deleted separately, cant select a few layers at a time, only one at a time.
Hence do not want to use PS/I.R. cs (for that reason)

Here goes...

Dual 2.5 G5
OSX 4.9
Ram 8gigs

Take any PS file and select save for web ...
ImageReady comes up with the image ...
Select any format, jpeg, png, gif
Do a save and it crashes,

Through out all the pref files I could find, same thing.
safe boot & permissions all the same results.

Does anyone know what's going on anyone
