Hi All,

I am trying to get hold of ways to create, modify, search and delete Service Center tickets from a web (java) application. Please guide and share your experiences.

Thanks

Check out the SCAuto or SOAP interfaces.  Either one requires a license, so see if yours includes it.  SOAP is only in version 6 and up.
