General Newbie Question

(OP)
Do client PC's need to be on a Active Directory domain to function w/ SMS 2003? I have PCs that are not part of a domain but are on the network.

thanks!

RE: General Newbie Question

They don't have to be part of the domain.  They can be part of a work group however there is an extra step you must do.  You have to publish your SLP and MP to WINS.  Plus you have to find a way to get the client on the machines.
