How do I address 3000 envelopes from a .dbf file?

How do I address 3000 envelopes from a .dbf file?

(OP)
I'm trying to address 3000 envelopes from a Foxpro .dbf file for a charity.

I have an envelope design with the return address, a grphic logo, and a US Postal Service non profit imprint in a text box.

I can export records from the .dbf to either a .csv file or an excell file. The machine is a Dell with XP, WP12 and Corel's spredsheet installed. I have also purchased software which generates the real USPS Postnet bar code font from numeric input.

How do I build the data file WP needs to read?
How do I put the merge codes in the envelope?
How do I mark the field for the bar codes on the envelope so that the special barcode font is used?
