How do I record the auto-attendant menu on Intuity Audix v4?
Have set up extension 4331 as the Attendant console with a button for "call forwarding all calls". Have set up hunt group 5 with group extension of 4500.  have added subscriber 4331 as attendant with
           button 1 extension 4343 CA
           button 2 extension 4344 CA
           button 3 extension 4345 CA
How do I record the greeting IE the attendant menu:
"thank you for calling, press 1 for sales,    press 2 for acct or press 3 for personnel"

RE: How to record Audix attendant menu

Log into the Auto-Attendant's mailbox and go to option 3. You record the outgoing greeting, just as you would any other subscriber's greeting.
