Aligning picture/text box in Quark Express 5

(OP)
Hi All,

I want to draw a box and then centre it on the page accurately, I know I can do it by eye, just by moving the box to the required position, but it is a bit hit and miss. I found the command for aligning text within a box, but can't see how to align the box itself. Hope I have explained this OK.
Thanks in advance
