Linking Contacts to CAses

By default, the case views in CRM 3 do not have a customer. I've added in the contact to the view of my cases, but it's not working in the way I want to.

Ideally when I chose a Customer, I would like the contacts to bring up only those contacts for the customer selected and (all parent and associated contact records)

Can this be done??
