Repeated hops to Xincom router when doing tracert.

Repeated hops to Xincom router when doing tracert.

I've got a Xincom DPG-503 dual WAN router.  I recently noticed that if I do a tracert to it from outside of the network, my last hop is always repeated.  This happens on either one of the two WAN connections (one cable, one DSL).

It sure looks like the router might be defective, but I can't tell if it's a hardware or configuration issue.  Any ideas as to what might be occurring or what I should be looking for?  I've sent off an email to Xincom tech support but I haven't gotten a response just yet.
