I have taken backup on SQL Server and when i am restoring in to another SQL Server i am getting error.
The configuration of systems are
Server 1: Contains SQL 7.0 Upgraded to SQL 2000 with Windows NT 4.0 Workstation as OS
Server 2: Contains SQL 7.0 Upgraded to SQL 2000 with Windows NT 4.0 Server as OS
I have taken backup in Serevr1 and i am trying to restore in Server2
I am able restore the backup to other systems but i am unable to restore to the system i required. Could any one faced these kind of problem ... Pls help me if u have any solution ... thanks in advance
The Error is
Error 3169
The Back-up database has on-disk structure version 539. The server supports version 515 and cannot restore or upgrade this databse. Backup or restore operation terminating abnormally.
