Software update for dutch language?

Software update for dutch language?

Software update for dutch language?

(OP)
Looking in the list of Software Updates I only see language:
English(United states) and *****. How can I find out that the updates are for the dutch language or do I need to install a different add-on (SMS 2003 SP2)

RE: Software update for dutch language?

MS seems to release certain fixes at different times for different languages, some come out sooner than others and it seems to me most OS patches are only going to show as emglish.  The details of a certain patch and supported languages are usually in the details on the web page about the patch release.

For instance:

Localized Software Update Catalogs
Localized catalogs are available for French, German, and Japanese. These catalogs will allow the Distribute Software Update Wizard to automatically download language-specific updates.

Additionally, software update titles will be displayed in the localized language if the SMS site server language matches the client's language.

If you install the French, German, or Japanese version of the Software Update Services Feature Pack, it will, by default, download the English version and the selected language catalog. To enable additional languages, follow instructions in KB article 838403.

Is from the web page :

RE: Software update for dutch language?

Actually thats from a 2.0 link, but its somewhat still right in what I have seen, I support one client with 20 different languages, and most show up as english other than some office stuff, and that seems to be hit and miss depending on the release times for certain patches.

In another words, I dont think unless you use legacy clients that you need to worry about it as they will show up in the itmu eventually if not in english right away, or to me it meant MS hadn't addressed it yet.
