Citrix connection not holding...

(OP)
We have a client that is accessing RS 3.10 through ADP's hosted gateway which in turns connects to Citrix.  For one user, she can get to the gateway no problem however the Citrix initiates she gets no where.  The Citrix icon on the windows task bar indicates that Citrix has started but quickly settles down and the Citrix MetaFrame popup never appears.  We are scratching our heads on this one as well as ADP - anyone here have a solution to this type of issue?

Thanks!

RE: Citrix connection not holding...

Try deleting this key from the registry:

\KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store\LICENSE000

If that doesn't work remove the Citrix client, install the latest Citrix client and then try again.
