Hi,

Its been a while since I did this and I've run into this problem with a simple form on my site, www.lifeflightpanama.com.  I have tried all kinds of iterations ot get it to work but without success. I've read through the MS pages and a few others about the error but none of the fixes work. Can anyone take a look and help mee out please. it's driving me crazy and it's probably something really simple.

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page: "http://www.lifeflightpanama.com/LifeFlightPanama/sconfirm.html"
