I have installed sms 2003. i just want to know that can non-microsoft patches be installed with sms server.& also that can zap files be pushed through sms.

Yes non-ms patches can be pushed with sms, you would do this the same way you would push software through SMS to client machines.

You can push just about anything through sms but that said not all installations can be installed without a users input.  (thats not SMS, that is poorly written install processes from vendors(also know as Adobe productssmile)
