Display name missing with Internet E-mail

Problem sending Internet E-Mail using an OL98 profile containing both the Exchange and Internet E-Mail services:
the reply-to field is correct, but the display name is blank.

It doesn't seem to matter whether the Exchange IMC is installed or not.

Any ideas?

RE: Display name missing with Internet E-mail

have you checked the checkbox called "Disable Sending Display names to the Internet" under the properties för the Internet Mail Service?
Under the Internet Mail tab, press the Advanced Options button and you should see this option. If it is checked uncheck it and restart the Internet Mail Service.

RE: Display name missing with Internet E-mail

Thanks Lars

Unfortunately that checkbox wasnt checked. Checked & unchecked just to be sure, but no luck.
