We have a set of reports which we have the information on the use of the system, namely, how many users made requests during a specific time range, for instance. It happens that all of a sudden the report stopped loading the data in the Web Platform. We can see the report loaded in the Desktop however it is empty on the Web interface. Has anyone ever faced an issue like this? Thanks in advance.
