Organiser Catagory Problem

When I do a Catagory search in Organizer I get the first line of name to appear such as Mr John or Mrs Mary which is all pretty useless as there could be 50 people with first name of John or Mary. How do I change this to get last name to appear something like Edwards John or Henderson Mary?
