When opening ANY MS-Office 2003 App, Scansoft tries to Re-Install

Hi Everyone my name is Jeffrey, I run a Medical IT Support business looking after doctors offices. They are running paperless Office applications using Nuance Omni & Paperport.

My problem is this, every time they go to use a Microsoft program like Microsoft Office 2003 Excel, Word, Outlook for email it pops a box up wanting to install scansoft all over again again. The systems are running Scansoft 11 Pro and OmniPro 15 Pro. It runs the install everytime, without problems and then continues. Opening any of these from within Scansoft apps is fine.

The things I have tried before giving in are: A complete re-installation of Office 2003. A complete re-installation of Paperport 11. A re-install of Omnipro. Opening the Office applications without the Nuance products loaded.

It only went away after I un-installed Paperport.
I would appreciate any suggestions available.

OR if I am in the wrong place, please forgive me and point me elsewhere.
