Can't submit comment using FP2003

(OP)
I just registered a new web site, http://www.top5lists.org. I use FP 2003 to publish my web site and works fine. However, when I try to submit comment from the web (created by FP), I receive this message: "Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page: http://top5lists.org/comments/careercomments.htm

I tested it by publishing it to my XP computer. I have the same problem. I also follow the MS article 306012 to Recalculate Hyperlinks, but can't fix the problem.

Any suggestions?
