PhoneMail External CCR Node

(OP)
System: HiCom 150E V2.2 + PhoneMail V1.03

I have set up a "pseudo" station which forwards calls to it to an external #.  I set a CCR node in the phonemail to that station.  The whole scheme works (i.e. caller gets to company menu and presses the proper number, they hear music on hold while the system dials the external #, and then connects the caller.) The problem I have having is that there is a delay connecting the external call to the caller.  I know this because the external call has an announcement in the beginning, and the caller never hears this.  When dialed from the a station I hear the announcement just fine.  Any ideas? Is there a timer/flag I need to shorten?  Thanks for the help. Alex.
