Have a new Option 11 with callpilot 201i 4.0 that goes down. Display shows OK but can't access through cp manager or CDN. Below are the events that occur.

41550  Critical  The SM could not start service CallPilot AOS Service.

It displays that three times and then goes down. Have to push reset button to bring back up. Any help will be appreciated

Could it be because App builder co-resides on the stand alone web server along with CP manager. Noticed the documents says Nortel doesn't recommend that. Any one have CP manager and App Builder on the same server?
