Class diagram from a c++ project?

How can I get Rational Rose to create a class diagram from a Visual Studio C++ project?

I tried using the C++ Analyzer, showed him where the library files are in the path map:
$MFC60 = c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\vc98\mfc\include
$MSVC60 = c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\vc98\include
$ATL60 = c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\vc98\atl\include

Then added all the .h and .cpp files and analyzed them. It reported alot of errors like some library files were still not found (afx___.h) and many semantical errors?

What am I doint wrong?
