In the Eclipse based PCC for 9.5, where did the query builder go, I can make a new SQL document and am good at SQL but the query builder sure speeds some things along.

It was removed.  I never used it previously so I don't miss it.

A quick google search for "ODBC QUery Builder" found a number of results.  
Personally, I would rather have Pervasive spend time on other features than a query builder but that's just me.
