Does OOo have a clip art gallery like Word?  How do you access it?  Where can you get more to add to it?

RE: Clip Art

You can add any collection of clipart (in supported formats) to OOo's Gallery.

A good free collection is available from OpenClipart.org. This provides SVG drawings, PNG thumbnails, and metadata for categorisation. Unfortunately however, of these features, OOo can currently only deal with the PNG thumbnails.

To install a collection into the OOo Gallery, click View -> Gallery -> New Theme, give the collection a name, click Find Files and navigate to the directory containing the clipart, specify the type of files you want to import (PNG in the case of Open Clipart), and click Add All. All the matching files in the collection will be imported into your gallery.
