Find/Replace

When I click Ctrl-F my Find/Replace box doesn't show up!  But it's there.  My mouse moves to the left side of the screen, but the box cant be seen (or clicked).

Any idea how to get my find/replace box to show up within my monitor so I can see it?!

RE: Find/Replace

Right click on the title bar, select move.  You will get cross hairs, click and move it.

Title bar?  I cant even click on the find/replace window b/c I cant see it.  My mouse icon goes tot he far right of the page, but the find/replace box is nowhere to be seen/clicked...

RE: Find/Replace

Regedit

Look for FRDlgPos.  It will be somewhere like HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Editor\Explorer\Settings

It will read something like 0,1,-1,-1,-1,-1,four numbers

Change the first 2 of the four numbers to 0.  When you press Ctrl-F on FrontPage, the find dlg will appear in the top left corner.

Pardon me being naive, but how do I get to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Editor\Explorer\Settings

RE: Find/Replace

Open cmd prompt, type regedit

HKEY_CURRENT_USER is the 2nd entry on the tree.
