SecureDoc Software

I've just been assigned with the task of learning some new software which is SecureDoc. We have the Enterprise edition and also the personal one. I originally thought they worked together but after doing some homework I realized I wasn't even going to be needing the individual computer one.

My question is this. We're implementing this just do one or two departments and I've been trying to familiarize myself with the option I have for this implementation. Part of the software allows you to connect and remotely control the clients however it requires a PKCS#12 file. I've done a little research so I know about what that file is...but I have no idea how to create or obtain one. Any of you have experience with this?

Sorry to say but you have hit the wrong forum.  This is for VMWare Virtual Infrastructure.
