Voice Messaging Access DN in Call Pilot

Voice Messaging Access DN in Call Pilot

Voice Messaging Access DN in Call Pilot

(OP)
Whenever I dial our access DN 7000 directly it routes me to a mailbox saying you have no new message or you have one new message.

When I press the message button on the phone it routes to 7000 and miss call pilot voice messaging says ...call pilot from nortel networks, mailbox?

What do yoou think is wrong...

Express Messaging and VIM works just fine.

RE: Voice Messaging Access DN in Call Pilot

I suspect the message key is actually another KEY type.  You can prove it is an MWK key (message key) if it flashes its own LCD "black on silver" diamond shaped indicator whenever you have new messages...in addition to the red lamp being on.
