Using Dufkey,exe utility

A long time ago I created some .com utilites to program terminal user keys ( terminals 510, 210, 420 ).  Well needless to say that I've been asked to modify one of them.

However, I'm running across compatiblity issues on some DEC terminals.  Essentially, the .com file will run but it won't program the definable user keys.

Specifically, we have some terminals of model ( VT 320 AV 1.2 ) and the files just don't program the keys.

Does anybody have any experience with the Dufkeys.exe utility and programming the user definable keys?
