the COR of MAS Trunk Grp > the users are using the CALL Me function without issue > is there a setting in the individual's mailbox > user would like to be able to transfer to another extension if they get the wrong user and not go right into a personal greeting when attempting to call from mailbox to another

You can use a caller app for each user to do this with.  The backup opr in the mailbox profile will only transfer to a ext number as far as i know.
