java new window not visible in mac

I have added several hot spots on a piece of artwork and used a java code to open a new window without features that include a close-up of a portion of the painting.

It works great on a pc.  I had the artist check it and his mac would not show the new window.  I tried it on my mac with osX and the windows would not open on mine either.

I tried in both safari and ie on the mac and neither worked.

I'm using NetObj 8.  What can I do?

The material in questions is at www.jdlvideo.com/tom/html/explore.html

The image itself has a new windows link that is not operational.  The first hot spot is locateda about half way down on the left side of the image over four guys standing on some stepd.  The second is on the left side of Jesus and the man he is reaching out to.
