I have a KX-TDA50 with a TVA50 that when calls come in, the custom service menue answers immediatley. How do you make it ring a few times before the custom service menue picks up?

then have the group intercept to v/mail
make sure you DONT have a mailbox for the incomming line group.otherwise calls wont go to the AA.
