Loopframe script....at least I think that's what it's called.

(OP)
I'm trying to create a CD extra feature for my bands CD, that when you pop in the CD on a computer, a little thing pops up so you can listen to the music, watch videos, read bios, stuff like that.

I'm having a little trouble remember some code though.  The code I can't remember is to have the movie pause, but still still be able to use the buttons to go to a different page.  I believe me teacher in school called this the loopframe script or something along those lines.

I haven't used this program in about 2 years so i'm a bit rusty with it.  Any help that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
