Como importar archivos planos?

Tengo una aplicacion con archivos planos como repositorio de datos. Yo quiero migrar estos datos a una Base de datos relacional y pretendo hacerlo con Pervasive.SQL
¿como podria migrar los datos, y si puedo migrar las estructura de los archivos a las nuevas tablas, ya que pervasive es el motor para los mismos archivos.

Sorry, I do not speak Spanish very well.  
What version of Pervasive are you using and what version are you trying to use after the migration?  
Is this a third party application or something you've developed?
SOme applications do not need to be migrated to use the Relational interface.  If you've got DDFs (FILE.DDF, FIELD.DDF, and INDEX.DDF) and an ODBC driver, you can use the relational access to the data.
