Call Piolt 1.07........Client Connectivity issue

Had my client crash and had to reload the CP Client software. Now its reaaaaaaaal slooooow to connect to the server (some times it times-out). Not able to administer it. Also sometimes get a RPL error(???)
Am I missing a patch/pep? There was no problem connecting prior to the client crash.

make sure your are using the latest client from the nortel website and that your IP address is the correct one for the server
