Our company has gone from GroupWise, on a local server, to Outlook, on a remote server, as our E-Mail client.  While using GroupWise, CallPilot users could get their voice messages through E-mail with the private IP address of  Now that we are on Outlook 2003, we can't connect using the 192. address, or the remote address.  The error that comes back is "Server could not be found."  Is there something I am missing?  I didn't set this system up and I'm not finding much in the way of documentation.
