Locked out of CallPilot 150/Mini

Locked out of CallPilot 150/Mini

(OP)
Hi,

Our IT guy used to be the only one here knew how to run the voicemail and phone system.  Now that he's not working for us (or even answering our calls), we have no way to administrate the phones.

I've connected to our CallPilot 150/Mini via serial cable in the front and crossover ethernet.  Is there any default password, or way to reset the password on the system?

If I have to reset it, will we lose any saved messages or configuration?

Thanks,
Jim

RE: Locked out of CallPilot 150/Mini

the only way to recover that password if by running config wizard.. you can save the data if it's backed up. zero passwords can stay default on a system if it's been placed in service
