Fax Problem

Fax Problem

Fax Problem

(OP)
I am trying to setup the fax sending feature using the Nortel Fax Driver. The user is able to send a fax to a local mailbox using m3333. However anything external to their location will not work.

I have checked the RPL list, the NCOS level on the ports which is set to international. The dialing defaults have been filled in with the proper info....

I am at a loss. I however have the following bounceback ....

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients

Subject: test
Date: Wed, 12 Apr 2006 15:40:50 -0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
"Unknown" <VPIM=FAX=9664290/CALLPILOT2@callpilot2>

Reason: An outgoing connection could not be made with the destination. Please try sending the message later. (22)

Can someone help?

RE: Fax Problem

Typically your VPIM should be 1NPANXX.  Have you tried that?
