auto night mode problems

(OP)
I have set the STSe ver 1.03 to automatically enter night mode at a predetermined time via flash 22. All the times are set using 24hr clock so I know they are entered correctly, but the system will not enter automatically.  I have referenced the programming manual and have not found any other parameters to change.  Are there any known problems with the current version?  Help please!

RE: auto night mode problems

Do you have a voicemail platform on this system?  Is the time on it the same as the system?

RE: auto night mode problems

Have you verified that Flash 22, Button 1 is set to auto (LED is on)?

Are you trying to change the auto-attendant prompts?
