Callpilot 2.0 IVR Port issue

(OP)
I have callpilot 2.0 installed and I have never been able to get the IVR ports working with Symposium 4.2 SCCS. I have gave IVR treatment using the default IVR DN and I see it active in the channel monitor but no recording from the application I built and it keeps ringing...when I hang up it keeps the CP IVR port active...is there a setting in the CP ports in pbx that was incorrectly programmed...

I forgot to mention I'm running Meridian IVR ports as well

RE: Callpilot 2.0 IVR Port issue

The Meridian ports may be the problem.  I had to shut mail completely down and remove the AML before the Call Pilot was able to give the treatment.
