CP and Branch Office

I am using CP with 2 branch offices. Phones from the main PBX location can not 0# out of the voice mail at the branch office. All other callers can. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

RE: CP and Branch Office

Are the phones registered to the main site where the Call Pilot is?  When they press "0" what happens, and where is the Revert DN, and where is it registered to?

We are not using IP phones. The phones are 3900 series. Analog sets are able to 0# out of VM. When 0# are pressed the VM greeting continues to play. Thanks for the help.

RE: CP and Branch Office

You can set the "revert DN" in the mailbox settings for each user. You can send them anywhere you want when they press zero.
