Incomplete Application can not be put into service

I've created this menu, but for some reason it is still incomplete.  A menu block is what is preventing it from being complete.  Can I run some kind of test to find out what is missing from this block?

Thanks

RE: Incomplete Application can not be put into service

Look for anything that still has a pink outline around it.  Whenever you drag a block over from the pallette its outline in pink, once the block is complete, the color goes away.

yyrkroon,

Yes I understand that the blocks with the pink border are incomplete blocks, but my problem is that I don't see what is causing this block to remain incomplete.  I thought perhaps there was some sort of error checking function in application builder to help me determine what the problem is with that block.

On the Menu Block, is the actual block itself pink or are there any of the choices pink or both?  If its a menu block, I would check and make sure you have all recording defined, or try connecting all the choices to something.

As far as I know there's no function to tell you exactly what is iscomplete.

The block is pink.  There are no Pink options (1, 2, invalid)...I have 5 menu's in this application, none of them have recordings yet.  For recordings they are all set to "default recording" or "none".

set the recording to anything other than none

I can't believe it is that simple.  Thanks for your help.

that didn't work.  There are 5 menu blocks in this application and only one of them is marked (pink) incomplete.  They all have "none" or "default" as the greeting, but only one of the 5 menu blocks in pink.

pinks not a good color, go to properties, outputs, show all, that may givr you a hint.. if on options like express mail, point fail to the att, or hangup.. at least one menu option has to point to something.. if not use an announcement service. and don't leave any menu voice recording pointed to new item..
