Convert 8.5 Digital Logger to Analog?

Convert 8.5 Digital Logger to Analog?

Convert 8.5 Digital Logger to Analog?

(OP)
I have an 8.5 Digital logger in "Total" recording mode.  I'll be phasing it out with some new loggers.  I wondered if I could start recording our analog lines with this logger or if we would need different cards for it.  As I understand NICE isn't supporting the old platforms anymore. This would be for a non-critical application and we woulden't put it under maintenance or anything like that.

Thanks for any info!

Toni

RE: Convert 8.5 Digital Logger to Analog?

If you are recording Digital Extensions now, you would have a NATI card.  Analog requires an ALI card.  It would also take a reconfiguration of the software to use the new card.

Sorry.
