Mass Security Review

(OP)
I'm trying to perform a review of all menu and user security.  Is there a report, script or query that can be run to give all details of user security and of menu locks?

Thanks!

RE: Mass Security Review

There is not a canned report in JDE that will give you all the information that you are looking for.  However, you can query the F00950 table, but that will give you just security.

Do you mean menus or tasks?  Depending on which you mean I may be able to point you to a couple of tools that may help.

RE: Mass Security Review

I would start out by looking in the downloads section of jdelist.  There is a program out there that will deliver a report on the user/program/menu x-ref.  It takes a while to build the information but it does supply some helpful information.

Although I have not seen it yet, I hear that Qsoftware's SeQure allows you to glean some of this information.  We are demo-ing it this week, and I may be able to tell you more about it.
