Please help w/department dialing D1232/TVS100?
(OP)
OK - I gave up on programator but I do have the Panasonic DOS utility. I also have hyperterm and VMM for the VS100 as well.
Using the telset I've been able to re-record the company greetings and departmental menu. Also, using hyperterm I've altered the departmental dialing to extensions 192,192,193,101,101,etc for the departments (I've got 3 departments then all go to the operator extension.
However, I must be missing something because this is NOT working. As I have been through the D1232 manual and the VS100 manual and covered what I think is all the bases (obviously I've missed one or some) can someone please advise me where I need to go to get these extensions (192, 192, 193) to ring to the correct extensions or groups?
At this point any and all help will be appreciated.
Thank you!
Bob
