Non Case Sensitive Key

Add the CASE keyword:
ALTER TABLE adheader IN Dictionary ADD PRIMARY KEY CASE (AdNumber,EntryYear)
Note, I haven't tried it, but CASE is listed in the SQL Language Reference as a Column Constraint.
