Anyone have any experience with an attendant console on a f9600(ES) using a B2ATAD card?

okay so i was able to install the B2ATAC card, the TG for the Attendant and the Attendant console.

Now I'm trying to get the darn thing to power up and work.  I looked up and connected the cross-connects as told and nothing.  Am I missing something?
