goldwhispers, have you found anything out about this error message?  We are getting the same one, also on crystal 7.

What operating system are you using?  When we upgraded to Microsoft Server 2003, we couldn't run Info 7.0 across the network anymore.  We could load everything on one Windows 2000 PC (Info Desktop server and user) and it would work just fine.  It is such an old version that it doesn't like the newer operating systems.  We just switched to Crystal 9.0 which has programming in it to mimic the Scheduler in Info Desktop 7.0. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but it works.
